ANDER & Co, a Miami-based, full-service public relations and digital strategy agency with global reach, is pleased to announce the promotion of Bryna Winer to senior vice president. Winer previously served as a vice president at ANDER & Co since 2016.
In this new role, Winer will lead the internal day-to-day management of ANDER & Co’s team, overseeing client services, media relations efforts, crisis management, and integrated marketing initiatives. She will mentor company account executives on the best practices of communications, providing guidance on the development and execution of tailored public relations campaigns through high-level strategy. Winer will also support the continued growth of ANDER & Co by collaborating closely with firm principals on new business outreach and development.

She has a keen ability to identify clients’ immediate and long-term needs and translate them into directed and impactful results. As a natural leader, her ability to educate the next generation of communicators on these skills is second to none.
Winer’s expertise spans a diverse range of brands in the professional services industries. Across the legal, accounting, finance and real estate sectors, she has worked with local and national, blue-chip companies, including Greenberg Traurig, Bilzin Sumberg, Cherry Bekaert, U.S. Trust/Bank of America, and Studley.
Her master’s degree in journalism and public relations have laid the groundwork for high-level interaction with media and provides the foundation for strong and established relationships with journalists nationwide.
Winer’s appointment to senior vice president is among several professional advancements at ANDER & Co this year. Seasoned journalist and digital strategist Liana Lozada joined as social media director, while Sophia Leavell, who has been with the company for nearly four years, was promoted to senior account executive.
