by | Oct 29, 2018

R&J Strategic Communications, a full service integrated marketing and public relations agency, announced the hiring of Ashlee Weingarten as account coordinator.

In her new role, Weingarten will be responsible for supporting R&J’s account management team by contributing to strategic planning, executing effective communications strategies, servicing client accounts and building on the agency’s strong media relations practice. Since joining R&J in February 2018 as a public relations intern, Weingarten excelled in all facets of the position and demonstrated superior writing skills, through which she has already made numerous contributions to R&J and its clients.

“Ashlee has consistently produced excellent work, that has helped us to add significant value for our clients,” said John Lonsdorf, CEO of R&J. “Her initiative, work ethic and ability to adapt her skillset to best serve our diverse client base will help to fill an important account service role while also helping us to expand our integrated services as we continue to grow our full-service agency practice.”

A resident of Hackettstown, N.J., Weingarten graduated cum laude from Susquehanna University in 2018 with a dual degree, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications—emphasis in Public Relations— and a Bachelor of Science in Luxury Brand Marketing & Management. During her time at Susquehanna University, she served as Social Media Director for the Susquehanna Chapter of the Public Relations Students Society of America and Vice President of Public Relations as a member of Kappa Delta sorority.
