Astound Commerce announced that one of its founders, Ilya Vinogradsky, has been promoted from CTO to COO/CIO. In this new role, Vinogradsky will oversee the company’s operations, further enhance its product offerings and continue to develop innovative solutions for clients. The Delivery team, Process Architecture and IT will all report to Vinogradsky. Formerly as CTO, Vinogradsky was focused on the company’s growth and excellence of delivery, with the team implementing thousands of ecommerce projects worldwide.
As one of the original founders in 2000, Vinogradsky—along with his partners Igor Gorin and Roman Martynenko—created one of the first ecommerce firms in the world. Under his leadership, it has grown into an international company that provides ecommerce consulting, technology and business solutions to global brands.
