Austin Takes New York: H+K Hires Austin Taczli as New U.S. Director

Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) has appointed Austin Taczli as H+K U.S. Director. Taczli will be the client lead for the Ford Smart Mobility work in the U.S., drive global agency coordination with her counterparts in Europe and Asia, and support the new client team in North America.

“H+K is always pioneering new ways for tech brands to communicate with the public, and I’m excited to be part of that,” said Taczli. “Ford is on an exciting journey in the smart mobility space, and I am eager to take its story to that next innovative level.”

Taczli is a seasoned tech-focused communicator with over a decade’s experience in agencies including Grayling and Ogilvy. Most recently she supported the Amazon devices business at Outcast, working day-to-day on Alexa, Fire TV, and Kindle where she focused on storytelling and brand narrative development, crisis communications, reactive Q&A messaging and acting as onsite client council. Taczli also has experience working with Sony and has delivered projects for Nike, LG and Samsung. Throughout her career, she has helped clients exceed their goals and has counselled clients and executives on best practices and communications strategies. She graduated from Fordham University in 2008 with a BA in English.

Taczli’s start at H+K is effective immediately.
