SourceCode Communications announced the hiring of Kristen Stippich as Senior Vice President. In this newly created position, Kristen will oversee and create integrated communications programs for early-stage and established B2B and consumer brands across the agency’s existing portfolio. Serving on the agency’s management team, she will drive business development goals while ensuring SourceCode’s commitment to high-quality client service is maintained.
Kristen brings more than 15 years of experience in brand, corporate and marketing communications positions—at agencies and in-house—to the role. Her sector expertise spans enterprise and consumer tech, financial services, food & beverage, nonprofit & CSR, and CPG.
Rebecca Honeyman, Managing Partner at SourceCode Communications, commented: “Kristen will significantly strengthen our senior team, adding a wealth of commercial acumen, client service excellence, and depth of sector expertise at a pivotal point in SourceCode’s growth. Her passion for developing truly integrated brand narratives that drive tangible business outcomes and a shared interest in supporting the next generation of tech entrepreneurs and leaders makes her a natural fit.”
“The high-quality results SourceCode delivers, and the breakneck speed at which the agency has grown, impressed me immediately,” shared Stippich. “Seeing the commitment not only to clients, but also to creating a strong company culture that encourages and celebrates creativity and ingenuity, made joining an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.”
Kristen joins SourceCode Communications from Technovation, a global tech education nonprofit aimed at inspiring girls and families to be leaders and problem solvers in their lives and their community. While there, she led brand, marketing, and communications across 50+ countries, and co-designed and led the AI Education track at the United Nations’ 2019 AI for Good Global Summit.
She previously established and led the New York office for Airfoil Group, an independent integrated marketing communications group, managing its revenue and new business growth. As a Vice President at Weber Shandwick, Kristen directed global and national communications programs for Microsoft and Verizon, as well as branding initiatives for Ricoh North America and Johnson & Johnson.
Added Stippich: “Ultimately, SourceCode just seemed like a really special place, with a strong vision, and I wanted to be there.”
