Baker Public Relations, a full-service communications firm and New York State-Certified Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE), announces the promotion of Geoff Redick to public affairs manager as the firm launches its new public affairs practice for 2023.

Redick, a Western New York native and former Capital Region media personality, brings more than a decade of on-air reporting experience to Baker Public Relations. Before joining the firm, Geoff worked as a political correspondent for ABC 6 News in Columbus, Ohio, and spent several years as a general assignment and part-time political reporter at the New York State Capitol and across the Capital Region.
Redick has a wealth of knowledge relating to securing the attention of local, regional and greater New York policymakers and news organizations, and brings this experience to bear for Baker Public Relations and its clients.
