New York, September 17, 2025 – Billion Dollar Boy, the global, creator-first social agency, announces a wave of new senior hires in the US, including two new leadership roles, to further strengthen its creative, project management, and strategy teams and accelerate its growth in the region.
Roxanne White joins as Senior Creative Director and Brantley Doyle as Senior Director of Project Management, to bolster the US leadership team. Additionally, Anthony Bayter joins as Senior Project Manager, while Camden Leary, Michael Ghossainy, and Isabelle Battin are appointed as Senior Strategists. Together, they equip Billion Dollar Boy to continue supporting clients’ growing needs as the creator economy evolves and accelerates – projected to grow in value by 36% this year.

Over the past 12 months, Billion Dollar Boy has grown its US workforce by 30% and its agency fees by 70%, contributing to its highest-ever six-month revenue performance and a 99% increase in EBITDA – highlighting its strong and sustained momentum.
The new appointments follow a series of recent accolades for the agency. Creative
Roxanne White, Senior Creative Director: Roxanne White has been appointed Senior Creative Director of Billion Dollar Boy, reporting to Cait Marron, who also joined the agency’s US leadership team last year as SVP of Creative Strategy. In this role, White helps further shape and grow the agency’s creative offering, lead the US Creative team, and oversee creative direction for US client work.
She brings over 15 years of experience spanning social strategy, integrated marketing, creative direction, and brand development. Most recently, White served as VP of Creative and Content Strategy at Viral Nation, where she built and led a team of over 15 creatives and content experts. There, she helped transform client briefs into culturally resonant, award-winning creator and social campaigns for brands including Meta, Audible, Chegg and The Golden Globe Awards.
Prior to that, White served as Creative Director at U-Studio North America, Unilever’s in-house global content agency, leading creative strategy for brands including TRESemmé, Love Beauty and Planet, Klondike and more.
White’s creative leadership has helped secure numerous awards for brand clients, including: The Drum Awards, Digiday Content Marketing Awards, AVA Digital Awards, and Merit Awards for Marketing & Communications.

Project Management
Brantley Doyle, Senior Director of Project Management: Assuming the leadership role of Senior Director of Project Management, Brantley Doyle leads the development and execution of the project management function across the US, further enhancing operational efficiencies across the agency. In this position, Doyle oversees the agency’s portfolio of projects, strengthens and streamlines workflows, drives cross-functional collaboration, and ensures the successful delivery of high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
Doyle joins the team following his role as Director of Project Management at Ogilvy. There, he oversaw end-to-end project management, operations and creative resourcing for EightBar Collective – Ogilvy’s bespoke AOR dedicated exclusively to serving IBM. He was instrumental in re-launching IBM’s global brand platform, Let’s Create, building a bespoke end-to-end PMO team, and managing the delivery of IBM’s global advertising portfolio.
Anthony Bayter, Senior Project Manager: Reporting to Doyle, Anthony Bayter, steps into the role of Senior Project Manager, bringing experience from agencies including Dentsu Creative, Johannes Leonardo, and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide.
In this role, Bayter acts as the central liaison between internal teams, ensuring projects are set up for success. He manages delivery milestones, aligns resources and schedules, and keeps projects on time and on budget.
Strategy
Camden Leary, Michael Ghossainy, Isabelle Battin join as Senior Strategists, reporting to Cait Marron, SVP of Creative Strategy.
In their roles, they each take strategic ownership of campaigns from briefing to post-campaign analysis. Collaborating closely with the Creative team, they define the direction for content and creative, write compelling briefs, shape casting strategies, develop messaging to guide campaign tone and structure, and support post-campaign reporting.
Together, they bring an abundance of experience to an already strong Strategy team:
- Leary joins from VML and Wunderman Thompson, where he held strategy roles across brand, social and creative strategy and worked on brands including Amazon Audible, Samsung, and Purina.
- Ghossainy comes from Collectively and previously Preacher, where he led creative strategy work in social influence and branding for clients including Target, UGG and Crate & Barrel.
- Battin was previously Senior Manager of Influencer Strategy at Weber Shandwick, where she led strategic planning and execution of integrated influencer campaigns.
