International wine and spirits importer, Bonneté Consulting Incorporated (BCI), announced that it has named EVINS Communications Ltd. as its public relations agency of record. EVINS will handle all United States public relations activities surrounding the growth of BCI in the marketplace, as the company works to develop and expand its footprint within the premium wine and spirits space in the U.S.
EVINS will manage all media initiatives nationwide for BCI and select brands within the portfolio, including the award-winning Trois Rivieres Rhums from Martinique, newly launched Liberation de Paris wines from France, and Mauritius-based New Grove Rum.
“The extensive brand building experience and level of strategic planning that EVINS brings to the table make them an ideal partner for BCI,” said Jean-Francois Bonneté, CEO and President of BCI. “Throughout our discussions, we were repeatedly impressed by EVINS’ thoughtful application of their creative vision to our own plans for growth in the marketplace.”
BCI aims to change the way premium craft wine and spirits reach the market by taking a bespoke approach to importing and brand building with each of its family-owned, foreign distiller and winemaker partners. Led by respected wine and spirits industry professional, Jean-Francois Bonneté, the Houston-based company has worked with and grown an array of notable spirit brands since its inception in 2015.
“BCI’s approach to building and managing brands aligns closely with EVINS’ own philosophical approach to relationship building—deeply personal, intentional, and impactful,” said Drew Tybus, Senior Vice President of the Food, Wine & Spirits Division at EVINS. “Our agency is excited to support the incredible work of BCI by amplifying their rapidly strengthening presence in the United States.”
