Brand Champions has appointed Rachel Baines, formerly of ITV, in a key leadership role as Client Engagement and New Business Lead of the marketing consultancy.

Baines brings more than 30 years of experience in business development and media sales, including 17 years at ITV and a career spanning commercial radio. Known for her empathetic and honest approach, she describes herself as “a salesperson with a human touch,” building long-term relationships by gaining a deep understanding of her clients’ needs.

She joins Brand Champions, strengthening the consultancy’s leadership as it continues to expand its client portfolio, which includes global brands such as Popeyes, Costa and Pizza Express.

Commenting on her latest role, Baines commented,
