Brightfox, the first talent experience platform, has named Diffusion as its public relations agency of record. Tasked with the U.S. introduction of Brightfox, Diffusion’s campaign kicks off with a strategic launch program to position the brand as a pioneer creating its own market category with rising health insurance company Oscar among its first clients.
Through a series of creative activations and research campaigns backed with original insights, Diffusion will continue to build awareness and attract a customer base for Brightfox post-launch, highlighting the company’s value as a first-of-its-kind talent experience platform. An ongoing media relations program will showcase the company’s founding story and its vision for the future, leaning on Brightfox’s unique differentiators that optimize employee engagement and performance. Diffusion will also implement a tailored thought leadership program.
Based in New York City and founded by industry veteran Deena Fox, Brightfox enables companies and their employees to accelerate their growth and evolve culture through engagement, feedback, and performance. Prior to founding Brightfox, Deena served as the Chief People Officer of Oscar, Chief People Officer of Jet.comand led North America HR Operations for one of Amazon.com‘s largest divisions.
Fox commented: “Throughout my years working in HR, I’ve experienced the pains associated with not having an integrated technology solution to support employee experience while driving employee engagement and performance, which is why I felt compelled to create Brightfox. Bringing the world’s first true talent experience platform to life is an undertaking that’s extremely important to me, and I needed a PR partner that really understood not only the issues challenging the industry—but the solution as well. Diffusion recognizes the major shift in today’s approach to the overall talent experience as an advantage for companies to win and retain talent, presenting a creative campaign that matches Brightfox’s passion and brand.”
Ivan Ristic, president and cofounder, Diffusion, commented: “The HR tech solutions market is flourishing, and what really stood out to us about Brightfox was its commitment to change the way we approach HR in today’s workplace. With Deena at the helm, Brightfox is in a unique position to challenge traditional HR solutions and other HR tech startups that haven’t quite figured out the modern workplace from a broad enough perspective. Our campaign is designed to match that challenge, showing how Brightfox is rethinking industry paradigms, while also highlighting how the company is at the forefront of important trends shaping today’s workplace culture.”
