Catapult PR Adds Video Content Management Firm Zype to its B2B High Tech PR Roster

by | Sep 6, 2018

Catapult PR-IR, a high-tech public relations and Strategic Narrative Marketing agency, announced it has been retained by Zype, a New York-based video content management and distribution company, as its public relations agency. Catapult will employ its Strategic Narrative Marketing approach to help position Zype as a market category owner in the rapidly growing direct-to-consumer streaming video market.

“We’re excited to position Zype as an industry leader with Catapult’s narrative strategy and guidance,” said Ed Laczynski, CEO at Zype. “I’ve benefited from Strategic Narrative Marketing first hand, having worked with Catapult at two previous companies and seeing how their approach helped position both as market category leaders. Catapult is going to be instrumental in our efforts to re-navigate our messaging strategy.”

Zype empowers video operations teams to build video streaming services across the web, mobile, OTT, connected TV, and social media. Zype provides a powerful and reliable cloud-based video content management and distribution infrastructure, with leading-edge monetization options, business analytics, automation, and integrations with thousands of SaaS applications.

Catapult formulated Strategic Narrative Marketing, a structured framework, to help companies break free from “look-at-me” marketing approaches and address inward and stale positioning and messaging that plagues many organizations. Catapult’s ‘Narrative Practice’ leverages Strategic Narrative Marketing to help B2B tech companies define and establish new market categories as a business strategy.
