Chuck Norman Elected Chair-Elect of PRSA Counselors Academy

Chuck Norman, APR, owner/principal of S&A Communications, a full-service marketing communications agency based in Cary, was recently elected chair-elect of the Executive Committee of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Counselors Academy. He began his term on January 1, 2018.

Counselors Academy is a national Professional Interest Section of PRSA that focuses on the business of agency PR. Its entrepreneurial members are owners or senior managers of leading independent firms in the United States and Canada. Counselors Academy’s programs strive to improve firms’ operations, business development, and profitability by connecting public relations counselors with one another.

Norman was accepted into Counselors Academy in 2008 and has served on the Executive Committee since 2013. He served as treasurer in 2016 and as secretary in 2017. In 2015, Norman chaired the Counselors Academy’s Spring Conference.
