London, UK — 18 June, 2025 — Global digital marketing and communications agency, Clarity Global, today announces strong business momentum across the agency in, with prestigious new client wins in every market, impressive growth of digital marketing services, two promotions to Clarity’s Global Leadership Team and two new appointments to the Clarity Global Crisis Council.

“Let’s be honest, 2024 was an incredibly challenging year. Navigating the confluence of climate challenges, inflation, rising interest rates, and a post-COVID technology sector adjustment proved difficult. Between the mergers of industry titans and major global elections, there was an all too familiar feeling of “uncertainty” in the market,” comments Clarity’s CEO Rachel Gilley.

However, Clarity saw a noticeable shift in Q4 2024 with an increase in client briefs and an appetite for organic growth from existing clients particularly in Q1 2025 with clients ready to green light campaigns and initiatives they were hesitant about in the turbulent year prior. Gilley adds: “Brands are recognizing the fundamental need for a strategic, forward-thinking agency partner that has the smarts to scenario plan — particularly given the uncertainty from Washington — while maintaining steady growth.”

The momentum Clarity has seen this year comes as the agency doubles down on its technology heritage, with its new business efforts focused on sectors within the technology industry – an industry that is projected to experience substantial growth in 2025, according to Deloitte.  New clients span key technology growth sectors of healthtech, AI, fintech services and sustainable manufacturing, including: Juniper Networks and Gordon Moody (UK); FIS (US) and Careology, a multimarket client in the US and UK; Greensteel Australia, Refresco and NFP Mentoring Men (Australia); Euronics (The Netherlands); and Workiva, an existing EMEA and APAC client focused on SEO, Paid Media, Content & Analytics that has now extended to the US in 2025.

‘We have been working with the team at Clarity over the past six months as we launched our service offering in the UK. The team has been exemplary in their strategic recommendations while helping us navigate the complex NHS landscape in the UK,” comments Rebecca Holdt, Chief Commercial Officer, Juniper UK. “Their media placements alongside public affairs activity has ensured that we continue to grow with Q1 having been our most successful quarter to date. I am excited for what’s to come.”

New Additions to Clarity’s Global Leadership Team

With increased investment from clients, Clarity continues to invest in its team — hiring in every office, and promoting California-based Jason Wakeford to Partner and Australia-based Julia Hoy to Executive Vice President, Responsible Business. Both Wakeford and Hoy join Clarity’s Global Leadership Team.

Wakeford, who has spent the past two and a half years leading client services on the West Coast, and played a pivotal role in expanding the agency’s corporate communications services, supports Kristen Ingraham, President, North America who joined last year, in continuing to further grow Clarity’s US business. Hoy, based in Sydney, leads the Responsible Business Unit at Clarity which includes Henkel and Volvo Group. The Responsible Business Unit is experiencing strong growth across sectors and geographies. Clarity’s commitment to Responsible Business is also seen in its recent B Corporation certification, demonstrating the agency’s high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency — crucial for landing ambitious talent as the agency hires globally.
