Applying skill and dedication to the greater good pays dividends. CONRIC PR & Marketing won an Award of Distinction from the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association, better known as FPRA, at its annual Image Awards.
CONRIC garnered the honor for its strategic development and promotion of the Cape Coral Community Foundation’s Excellence in Nonprofit Performance Yearly Awards, better known as The ENPYs. The agency shepherded the foundation through the successful launch of the new nonprofit-focused awards program in 2017, developing the award brand guide, name and logo, award categories and criteria, making nomination forms available, engaging the media, leveraging social media, securing sponsorships and organizing two events — a gathering to celebrate all nominees and learn the identity of finalists, and the awards ceremony itself.

The Award of Distinction is presented to public relations professionals and agencies that meet or exceed the standard of excellence. APR professionals in the Tampa market judged this year’s regional competition and felt CONRIC’s work on The ENPYs yielded impressive results for an inaugural event and made it a strong contender for a state Golden Image Award. CONRIC exceeded all objectives set, including fundraising and attendance, and accomplished its goals of strengthening the foundation’s community partnerships and awareness.
