Coyne PR named Agency of Record by national telehealth provider MDLIVE

by | Feb 1, 2021

Coyne Public Relations has been selected as Agency of Record by national telehealth provider MDLIVE, Inc. MDLIVE serves over 60 million members nationwide through major health plans, hospitals and employers. Through MDLIVE, members can access convenient, affordable, contagion-free virtual healthcare services from board-certified physicians, dermatologists, psychiatrists and therapists specially trained in virtual care.

Coyne PR will support MDLIVE with consumer awareness, media relations, thought leadership, corporate communications and social media. The collaboration kicked off in November 2020.

“Coyne PR brought fantastic energy, strategic thinking and creative ideas to the table,” said Mindy Heintskill, Chief Growth Officer, MDLIVE, Inc. “They possess a clear understanding of digital health, the consumer mindset, the dynamics of the managed care environment, and the various facets of today’s news environment. They are the best partner for our needs.”

MDLIVE joins a growing portfolio in digital health for Coyne PR, which includes digital therapeutics, digital medicines and digital health services; and an expanding healthcare practice that includes Pacira, Humana, Bayer and Otsuka. The scope of services reflects on the agency’s continued integration of brand work in healthcare with its corporate communications practice.

“This is an exciting collaboration at an exciting time in healthcare, as the marketplace accelerates towards unlocking the value and benefit of digital health technologies,” said Kevin Lamb, senior vice president, Coyne PR. “We’re thrilled to work with a tremendously dedicated, passionate team at MDLIVE to support their efforts to communicate the value of MDLIVE’s high-quality virtual healthcare services to millions of people across the country.”
