Curley & Pynn Welcomes Sean Asher as Communications Strategist

Sean Asher has joined the team at Curley & Pynn Public Relations Management, where he leads execution of strategic public relations and marketing communications programs as a communications strategist. With over four years of professional communications experience, Asher brings diverse skills spanning media relations, brand building and social media management to Curley & Pynn’s clients.

Asher previously worked in the sports industry as an assistant director of strategic communications for University of Central Florida (UCF) Athletics, where he managed communications programs for the nationally recognized men’s basketball team, men’s and women’s golf teams, and women’s volleyball team. In 2021, he was recognized as the American Volleyball Coaches Association’s Southeast Region Sports Information Director of the Year.

He has also gained relevant experience as a media relations coordinator for USA Baseball, the national governing body for amateur baseball and as a sports information intern for Florida State University athletics. Asher graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, and minors in communications and general business.
