DeFazio Communications, a public relations agency specializing in earned media for growing businesses, has announced the appointment of two account management executives on the 10-year anniversary of its initial launch. The appointments come in response to a growing portfolio of work. Maxwell McAdams and Kerri Del Collo will fill the roles of account supervisor and account executive, respectively.
DeFazio Communications relaunched in 2017, with a broader scope of earned media services, and has taken office space in Conshohocken’s SORA East building to accommodate its rapid growth. The agency has added five accounts in four months. Recent wins include three financial service firms PPB Capital Partners, Flat Rock Global, KB Exchange Trust, healthcare provider Recovery Centers of America and technology company Bolt On Technology.
“As a result of expanding our scope services, we have been able to attract a broader array of clients who understand the importance of adding earned media to their digital strategies,” said Tony DeFazio, president and CEO. “The appointments of Kerri and Maxwell come at an important time in the repositioning of our business, and the added bandwidth will be felt across the board with our clients.”
McAdams, a marketing and health media communications professional, joined DeFazio Communications in June, bringing seven plus years of experience developing and implementing multichannel content marketing and strategy programs for a multitude of research and consumer products across healthcare, technology, and entertainment industries. He specializes in strategic communications, creative content development, digital media engagement, and quantitative/qualitative research.
Del Collo joined DeFazio Communications in February, following an internship at a full-service marketing agency in Philadelphia. She brings experience in developing marketing presentations; layout, web design and content creation; and adding creative value to the company’s portfolio. She specializes in writing and copyediting, as well as conducting proactive media outreach and tracking social media results and industry trends.
