Hired as a Senior Account Executive in 2018, and quickly moving into account management roles, Brenna has led a range of client campaigns including that of Hotel Ranga, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World in Iceland, Mexico’s Thompson Zihuatanejo, Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa and Tourism Corporation Bonaire, among others.

In her new role, she will continue to engage and interface with client teams, keeping her finger on the pulse of the rapidly changing media landscape, while lending her expertise to oversee account strategy across all DPR LA accounts. Responsibilities also include support in hiring and training new team members, maintaining the office culture and collaboration between the agency’s LA and Miami locations, keeping up with industry trends, new client business opportunities and more.

“Brenna has been an integral part of this company from her very first day. She was an early and important addition to the team after opening in LA in 2017 and most recently was a driving force throughout the pandemic, adjusting and adapting to the continuously changing climate while keeping up with evolving and urgent client needs. She has helped us come out on the other side, not just still in existence, but thriving and growing like never before,” stated company president Jody Diamond.

Brenna began her career in PR in her hometown of Chicago in 2008 working across clients in a variety of verticals from theatre productions and entertainment to restaurants and hospitality until a role with a boutique agency in Irvine presented the opportunity to move to California in 2015.  She fine-tuned her skills handling restaurant and retail accounts with Morgan Marketing & PR turned Powerhouse Public Relations and ultimately landed at Diamond PR LA at a key point in the company’s expansion from Miami to the west coast.

“Brenna was a critical hire back in 2018 as we had recently expanded our footprint in LA,” Diamond said. “While we had a solid existence in Miami, our LA office was new and we were looking for the right person to help spearhead this outpost. Brenna did just that and hasn’t stopped. Her unwavering persistence, even keeled demeanor and insightful approach to PR strategy provides a consistent presence for the team here and is just one of the many reasons she is being named Director.”
