DYS Media Named AOR for Rapidly Expanding Social Media Network Get Assist

DYS Media, LLC has been named public relations agency of record by the Calgary-headquartered social media network Get Assist, Inc.

“DYS Media’s accomplishments and its commitment to results before profit presented us with an offer we couldn’t refuse,” GetAssist CEO Bruce Fikowski said. “DYS Media line dances at the intersection of legacy and social media, which is so necessary to fully illustrate our story.”

DYS Media will support GetAssist’s expansion throughout North America and the U.K. GetAssist currently operates from offices in Calgary (AB), Edmonton (AB), Winnipeg (MB), Mississauga (ON), Vaughan (ON) and Scarborough (ON).

GetAssist works by users submitting requests for assistance with a project as simple as painting a fence or fixing a washing machine. Business owners pay a nominal fee for access to the network and leads while it remains free for consumers.

Users remain anonymous to the point of sale as GetAssist collects and sells zero personal information. Layers upon layers of security and protocol prevent data theft.
