Full-service digital agency Fluid announced that it has promoted three members of its team across both the New York and Oakland offices.
Jesse Sage has been promoted to SVP, Account & Project Management and Managing Director of the New York office. She previously held the position of Vice President, Delivery. In this new role, Sage will assume leadership of the agency’s New York location as well as account and project management teams across both the NYC and Oakland offices. In doing this, she will be responsible for the entirety of Fluid’s agency and Configure offerings. Sage has previously held positions at Fluid as Account Director and quickly moved up to lead the account and project management teams. Prior to Fluid, she was Senior Account Director at Spring Studios.
Mike Janiak has been promoted to SVP, Design from VP, Creative, and will lead design across all of Fluid. Janiak began at Fluid’s New York office, before being relocated to the company’s Oakland location, where he helped build a strong culture of collaboration and innovation. He will now bring that energy and insight to building an integrated and cohesive cross-coast design organization of top talent within the agency. Prior to joining Fluid, Janiak was a Lead Creative at Digitas working on the Samsung global marketing account, and held senior creative positions at Firstborn, Mirum Worldwide and Domani Studios.
Jason Hart has been promoted to Group Creative Director from Creative Director. In this new role, Hart will lead the agency’s fully integrated New York design group and continue to raise the bar for providing premier web design services for East Coast clients including PUMA, Michael Kors, Ballard Designs, and more. Previously, Hart was Design Director at agencies Big Spaceship and Potion.
