by | Oct 22, 2021

French/West/Vaughan (FWV), the nation’s 15th largest independently held public relations and integrated marketing agency, announced two new hires and a promotion within accounting and human resources in advance of an upcoming strategic announcement.

Tracy Wood has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and Administration, overseeing the day-to-day functions of both finance and the agency’s human resources departments. Since joining FWV in early 2021, Wood has streamlined and developed a strong finance team, while also taking on several administration and HR oversight responsibilities within the agency. Previously, Wood held positions in accounting and finance with the Carolina Hurricanes and PNC Arena. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Buffalo.

Serving as FWV’s Human Resources Manager, Nancy Morello joins the agency with over 12 years of HR and broad-based operational experience and holds a SPHR certification. Prior to FWV, Nancy was a Human Resources Generalist for both Workplace Options and the NC Biotech Center.

In addition, FWV welcomes Laura Coats as an Accounts Payable Coordinator. Coats has more than seven years of experience in the finance field and another six years in banking.

“We are delighted to recognize Tracy’s hard work and welcome these accomplished professionals to our team as we continue to grow and expand FWV’s capabilities,” said FWV Chairman and CEO Rick French. “We are pleased to have such qualified individuals support our agency, especially as we look forward to a particularly exciting time in FWV’s evolution.”
