French/West/Vaughan (FWV), the nation’s 15th largest independently-held public relations and integrated marketing agency, today announced a senior promotion and two new hires across multiple offices in support of the agency’s continued growth.

The agency, headquartered in Raleigh, N.C., has appointed Leah Knepper to Senior Vice President, managing an account group that encompasses clients in the travel and tourism, financial services and food and beverage industries, among others. Knepper joined the agency in 2012 and also helps oversee FWV Fetching, the division of FWV dedicated to pet and animal health PR/marketing.

Brooke Goodwin-Fullerton joins CGPR – FWV’s Greater Boston office – as Vice President. She will manage the office’s client portfolio across the active lifestyle, outdoor, technology and travel sectors. Goodwin-Fullerton has nearly two decades of experience in integrated marketing, with a specific focus on public relations, experiential and influencer marketing. Prior to joining FWV, she was Head of Strategic Partnerships & Experiential Marketing at Natural Diamond Council for more than three years. In addition, she worked across several integrated marketing communication roles for category-leading brands for 11 years at L’Oréal USA, including leading public relations, influencer marketing and CSR for the entire Garnier portfolio. She is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

Tracy Wood will serve as Controller, directing the agency’s accounting and operational functions. Wood comes to FWV from the Carolina Hurricanes and PNC Arena, where she was most recently Accounting Manager for the team and facility. She is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

The agency recently celebrated its 24th anniversary. Since its founding in 1997, FWV has amassed more than 1,100 PR, advertising and digital marketing awards on behalf of a blue-chip client roster and has been named National Agency of the Year 20 times.

“We are thrilled to welcome these talented professionals to FWV and celebrate our agency’s growth as we continue to expand our leadership teams,” said FWV Chairman and CEO Rick French. “Our talented staff makes it possible for us to continue delivering award-winning, revenue-generating and reputation-building work for our clients, year after year.”
