RALEIGH, N.C. (Nov. 18, 2024) – French/West/Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s largest independently held PR, advertising and digital media agencies, today announced the addition of three new employees to its team, along with two promotions.
Bringing over a decade of experience in social media, marketing and public relations, Ryan Matheson has joined FWV as Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing. He most recently served as Social Media Manager for The Fresh Market, directing production of the brand’s social media content and managing the influencer program. Prior to that, he worked at PBS North Carolina, developing social media strategy and leading a team of coordinators. Matheson is leading social media and influencer efforts for a variety of agency clients. He graduated from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in business and corporate communications.
Ford Springer has rejoined the agency as Marketing Director. A recent graduate of the Jenkins MBA Program at NC State University, Springer brings nearly a decade of marketing experience, including a previous stint with FWV from 2019 to 2021 during which time he focused on Western industry clients. He is currently leading accounts in verticals including Western lifestyle, spirits, financial services, travel & tourism and technology.
Coming on board as an Account Coordinator is Ally Yeno. A former agency intern and apprentice, Yeno is supporting a variety of clients including those in the energy, sports & entertainment and transportation spaces. Yeno earned her bachelor’s degree in communications focusing on public relations from NC State University.
Two team members have received well deserved promotions. Haley McGraw has been promoted to Senior Account Executive. McGraw, who joined FWV in 2022, provides public relations and account management support for numerous agency clients, including those in Western lifestyle, spirits, and pet & animal health. As the agency’s newest Assistant Account Executive, Amy Dragelin provides public relations and account service support to infrastructure, climate technology, and sports & entertainment clients. She joined FWV full-time in the fall of 2023 after spending time with the agency as an apprentice.
