French/West/Vaughan Kicks Off New Year with New Hires and Promotions

RALEIGH, N.C. (Jan. 9, 2024) —  French/​West/​Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s largest independently held PR, advertising and digital media agencies, has added four new team members and is celebrating three promotions at its Raleigh, N.C., headquarters.

FWV’s creative team is welcoming Jake Coltrane as an Associate Creative Director. Holding more than 14 years of experience in branding, graphic design, environmental graphic design and digital marketing, Coltrane previously served as Creative Director of Evolve Inc. where he led creative development across all projects for a diverse range of clients. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a bachelor’s degree in architecture.

The agency has also added Josh Corn as art director. With experience in graphic design across multiple industries, Corn co-founded bukuLabs, a creative marketing agency, before joining Gelia in 2019, where he served in art director roles. Corn attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a bachelor’s degree in media and journalism.

Also joining the agency is Allecia Hamilton as Creative Project Manager. Hamilton has collaborated with a wide range of arts & entertainment teams as a Production Artist, Marketing Manager and Senior Project Manager. A graduate of Southwest Florida College with a degree in digital design communication, Hamilton brings experience across a variety of marketing platforms to FWV.

In her role as Paid Media Coordinator, Tyler Taylor will provide support across FWV’s client roster planning, placing and tracking paid media plans across traditional and digital platforms. Before joining FWV full-time, Taylor worked on several key agency clients as an apprentice. She is a recent graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies.

In addition to the new hires, FWV has announced promotions for three team members.

Deegan Mundy has been promoted to Director of Creative Content. Mundy is an accomplished visual storyteller with over eight years of experience in video production, editing and photography. Since joining FWV in 2019, Mundy has helped elevate FWV’s video and creative content as evidenced by numerous agency ADDY and Telly awards. In her new role, she will continue to lead the agency’s photography and videography efforts across its diverse client roster.

The agency has named Haley McGraw as Account Executive. McGraw has taken on increased public relations and account management support across various agency and industry sectors, including food & beverage, Western lifestyle, and pet & veterinary science marketing.

Kayla Brown has been promoted to Assistant Media Planner. Brown has played a pivotal role in facilitating paid media buying and reporting for several clients, as well as taken on a greater role in media planning initiatives. She joined FWV in 2022.
