French/West/Vaughan (FWV), one of the nation’s 20 largest independently held public relations and integrated marketing agencies, announced multiple promotions and new hires across the agency’s account services, social media and paid media teams. This follows the agency’s recent announcement of two new creative hires.

FWV has promoted Emily Brice to Group Account Director. With proven experience in media relations and account management, she helps lead strategic communications for clients across the B2B, healthcare and technology industries. Brice joined the agency in 2020 following three years with Weber Shandwick. She is an active member of the community, volunteering with organizations that include The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and The American Cancer Society. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC-CH) with a bachelor’s degree in media and journalism.
The agency has promoted Madeline Hiller to Account Executive. Hiller delivers media relations and account service support to FWV’s corporate communications clients. She first joined the agency in 2021 with prior public relations experience in the event and nonprofit sectors. Hiller helps mentor future communications professionals as a member of FWV’s internship committee. She earned a bachelor’s degree in both public relations and political science from UNC-CH.
Joining FWV as a Senior Account Executive and bringing experience in political and B2B communications, Alana Edwards will serve accounts in the financial services and travel and tourism industries. In her previous role at Gelia, she supported integrated marketing efforts for Caterpillar. Edwards graduated from UNC-CH with dual bachelor’s degrees in public relations and political science.
In her position as a Senior Account Executive, Savannah Farrington will support several consumer and lifestyle accounts. Farrington comes to FWV from G&S Business Communications, where she worked with leading agricultural company Syngenta. She completed an apprenticeship at FWV after graduating from East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and merchandising.
Haley McGraw comes to FWV as an Assistant Account Executive from Rubenstein, where she supported Crunch Fitness, Gagosian Art Gallery and other clients. She also has experience with event activations including Times Square New Year’s Eve, the TIME 100 Gala and American Museum of Natural History Gala. McGraw holds dual bachelor’s degrees in advertising and public relations and communications from UNC-CH
The agency welcomes Cameron “Cam” Daniel as an Account Coordinator serving a range of travel and tourism clients. She has worked with FWV as an apprentice since June 2022, following marketing internships at McKinney and the Sampson County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Daniel received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing concentration from Meredith College.
Tess Christensen will serve as a Social Media Coordinator. She previously worked as an FWV apprentice after digital marketing internships with Impact Accounting & Staffing Solutions and Poppy & Company. Christensen recently graduated from NC State University with a bachelor’s degree in fashion textile management with a concentration in brand management and marketing.
Kayla Brown joins FWV as a Paid Media Coordinator. During her college career, she held marketing internships with NC State University’s Poole College of Management and Wegmans Food Markets. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing concentration from NC State University.
