Pantano to partner with existing leadership to double-down and expand Golin’s West Coast offering
LOS ANGELES (July 18, 2024) – Interpublic Group (NYSE: IPG) agency Golin announced today the promotion of Hollie Pantano to Associate Managing Director, West Coast. In this newly created role, Pantano will partner with the existing Los Angeles and San Francisco leadership team to super-charge Golin’s West Coast offering. She will focus on supporting new business efforts, fostering a best-in-class culture and advocating for agency-wide best practices. The position is effective immediately and reports into Dawn Langeland, co-president, North America.
“Hollie’s exceptional track record in New York and her integral role in some of our most significant client wins make her the ideal leader to partner with our established and experienced West Coast team to build upon our strong foundation and help drive our West Coast operations forward,” said Langeland.
An eight-year veteran of Golin New York, Pantano has been instrumental in building the agency’s New York offering, growing the consumer team by more than 400% over that period, and adding marquee clients such as Ferrero, Hard Rock, JetBlue and L’Oreal Paris. Pantano has worked closely with agency leadership to expand the Ferrero business globally and spearheaded the global repositioning of Golin’s influencer offering.
Since relocating to southern California in 2020, Pantano has been eager to contribute to this strategically important region and help drive growth and innovation.
