As part of the new leadership structure, Galli will lead the agency’s progressive approach for its people, with a priority to drive and incent performance behavior for top client and office leaders around the global network. Langeland, who oversees the thriving Golin New York and The Brooklyn Brothers New York operations, will help drive growth and client excellence. von der Sitt will spearhead the continued trajectory of the firm’s unprecedented new business momentum, advising on the right capabilities to invest and grow on a sustainable basis.

“These three women are exemplary representatives of the deep bench of talent that has driven our agency’s success in recent years,” said Matt Neale, CEO. “Now is the time to focus their talents at a global level. I’m especially pleased that with their appointment, Golin achieves gender parity at our executive board level.”
