by | Feb 28, 2018

Out-of-Home media solutions company Grandesign, specializing in over-the-top outdoor campaigns and unique brand engagement, announced entrepreneur and advertising veteran, Doug Hecht, to the company’s Advisory Board. The addition is key as the company enters a new growth stage—turning a $40 million company into a $100 million company.

Hecht will work with Grandesign’s advisory board to define key strategic initiatives that continue to attract the right kind of clients and drive the company to the top of the marketing food chain. As an advisor to the executive team, Hecht will lend his expertise in relation to mergers and acquisitions, operations, public relations and business strategies.

“Doug’s extraordinary breadth of experience in business development, ability to create synergy between traditional and new digital media and love for quality beer makes him a perfect fit for our high culture family environment,” said Aaron Gaeir, CEO of Grandesign. “These next few years at Grandesign will be the best yet.”

Hecht, an investor, entrepreneur and executive leader joins Grandesign with over 20 years of experience in management, digital advertising, marketing and business development. Prior to Grandesign, Hecht was president and chief operating officer of global digital agency Digitaria, now Mirum Agency.

Additionally, Hecht previously served as board chair of SDX, formerly San Diego Ad Club, and invests time and money towards building a better startup for the San Diego community. For more information on Doug Hecht, click here.
