Grapevine pr + consulting announced its recent hire of Garrett McClure, who has joined the grapevine team as Chief Strategy Officer.
In this role, McClure will oversee the continued growth of the company by implementing holistic strategies and solutions to propel clients towards their highest purpose.
Prior to joining the company, McClure spent several years working in the LGBTQ+ non-profit sector, leading corporate partnerships and business development initiatives. He served on the Board of Directors for the Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles (GMCLA) with grapevine pr’s founder and CEO Steven Le Vine. “It became clear that I missed mentoring people and inspiring teams to achieve greater potential,” said McClure. “So, we started discussing grapevine’s mission and values and it was an exciting conversation.”
McClure brings 20+ years of experience in corporate coaching and strategy, as well as his expertise in creative media optimization, to the role. He will play a vital part in leveraging his experience to advance grapevine’s client base and further develop their internal marketing and corporate identity in a post-pandemic world. “Currently, we are working on a few programs to help our clients navigate re-opening or moving into the virtual world by providing strategic guidance and best practices on how to ensure their messaging conveys trust and safety,” McClure explained.
