Emily launched the agency’s first Research & Insights team in 2013. She has spent the last seven years building the agency’s research and analytics capabilities into a sophisticated, multifaceted practice whose counsel informs every client strategy. As VP, Emily has continued to spearhead data-driven strategies, including real-time analytics and insights, social listening, and market research, to equip each new campaign with an invaluable, informed point of view. She earned two bachelor’s degrees in marketing and history from the University of Delaware and a Master’s of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Alison DeBenedictis to Vice President, Creative

Alison now oversees the agency’s Creative team, providing creative direction to enhance strategy among a diverse group of art directors, graphic designers, production artists, videographers, and motion designers. With over 15 years of experience driving creative strategy across multiple platforms and industries, Alison draws upon a rich career, beginning at J. Crew, where she went on to lead creative teams at Amazon, Condé Nast, and Hearst. Alison earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts.

Nicholas Love to Vice President, Digital Marketing

Love now oversees digital enablement, multichannel excellence, digital advertising, and performance marketing & strategic capabilities for the agency’s Digital Marketing team. He has been an industry-leading expert on digital marketing and transformation for over 10 years, advocating for enhanced digital strategy and innovation. He earned both his B.A. and M.S. from Grambling State University and is a highly sought-after counselor and speaker by the Page Society, Netbase, Hootsuite, and Brandwatch. He is also a two-time Adweek Executive Mentee and spent the summer as a mentor with the Marcus Graham Project.

“We are incredibly proud of Emily, Alison, and Nick for what they’ve accomplished so far, and what we continue to see them drive at G&S in terms of being a more integrated agency,” said President & CEO, Luke Lambert. “They each have a truly unique leadership style but have all brought a tremendous level of passion, energy, and thoughtfulness to their roles. Through the challenges of the past year, they have demonstrated the agility needed to push boundaries for ourselves and our clients.”
