Havas PR has welcomed three new hires and promoted two key team members. Kellyn Curtis has been promoted to associate vice president and Audrey Arbogast to senior account executive. Both report into Vice President Stephanie Clarke.
Havas PR additionally tapped Alyssa Carfi as account supervisor and added two new account executives, Kelsey Hamel and Troy P. Thompson, to the team. All three report into senior vice president Melanie Klausner.

- Kellyn Curtis promoted to associate vice president. Based in Havas PR’s New York office, Curtis has stepped up to help manage Havas PR clients including True Citrus, Fox Restaurant Concepts, AQUA Carpatica, Colliers International and Frost Gelato while also helping the agency win AOR for True Food Kitchen. Her passion for food, beverage and restaurants combined with her passion to lead her teams and exceed client expectations has led to some very impressive results (and happy clients).
- Audrey Arbogast promoted to senior account executive. In Arbogast’s three-plus years at Havas PR’s Phoenix office, she has played an instrumental role in developing its digital marketing services, inspiring the agency to add social media and influencer relations into the scope for more clients. Recognized as a Rising Star by the Social Shake-Up Show, Arbogast has demonstrated expertise in digital strategies, media relations, product launches and new store openings.
- Alyssa Carfi hired as account supervisor. Having worked with both startups and Fortune 500 companies on the agency side, Carfi carries over five years of experience in B2B and B2C. She specializes in corporate communications, media relations and event planning on a global scale. Prior to joining the Havas PR team in New York, she worked as the senior manager of global PR and corporate communications at Omnicom’s Interbrand Group of Companies, where she led media relations and corporate communications throughout the network globally.
- Kelsey Hamel hired as account executive. Hamel comes to Havas PR from Kel & Partners in Boston, where she held the title of PR account manager. Her experience ranges from corporate and consumer spaces to nonprofit, hospitality and higher education clients, for whom she has launched campaigns and secured top-tier national coverage. At Havas PR, Hamel works to develop and support media relations. She is based in New York.
- Troy P. Thompson hired as account executive. Thompson comes to Havas PR from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), where he managed digital communications and supported the development of the society’s first member-exclusive mobile app and “How I Communicated That” podcast. He also represented PRSA on numerous executive panels, sharing insights on diversity and inclusion as well as the changing communications landscape. Thompson is a strategic advisor to the Museum of Public Relations and visits colleges regularly to inspire students to enter the field. He is based in New York.
