Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K), international public relations agency, announced it is welcoming back Chip Keng Ng and Ikram Zainy to H+K Singapore. Chip returns as Executive Vice President and Ikram returns as Director.

Chip has more than 25 years of experience as an in-house and agency communications professional with a broad range of communications experience, encompassing corporate and financial communications, investor relations, public affairs, issues/crisis management, litigation PR support, healthcare as well as media and stakeholders relations. He has worked with some of the world’s leading communications firms and was previously a Deputy Managing Director of H+K in Singapore as well as the Regional Director of Corporate and Financial Practice in South East Asia at the consultancy.
Ikram brings more than 12 years of in-house and agency communications experience for a broad range of industries. He has strong expertise across consumer, public affairs, issues/crisis management, hospitality, aviation, and government relations. Ikram was most recently Marketing Communication Director at The Westin Singapore where he was responsible for driving the hotel’s awareness among multiple target audiences through traditional and online advertising and PR, directly contributing to the hotel’s revenue. He honed his crisis management skills at Mandarin Orchard Singapore where he handled the hotel fire and evacuation in 2016.
“I believe that my recent in-house experience as Marketing Communications Director really enables me to take a fully client centric approach to how we approach their challenges, build the team and deliver the work,” said Ikram.
