Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K), one of the world’s leading public relations firms, has appointed Greg Carlisle as Senior Vice President, Change Communication and Employee Engagement. As a member of the U.S. Corporate Affairs Practice, Carlisle will work across all H+K sectors to develop strategies and execute plans that support clients to engage employees, navigate change and drive business performance. He will be based in Chicago.

“The need for more impactful and strategic approaches to how organizations engage their employees has never been more important for global business leaders. Greg brings to H+K more than two decades of experience solving for internal and change management communication challenges and we are excited to have him join our U.S. Corporate Affairs Practice team,” said Richard Millar, Global President for H+K.

Carlisle brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate and employee communications to his new role with H+K. Most recently, Greg served as a senior director at Gagen MacDonald, a preeminent, independent consultancy where he led transformation engagements for several Fortune 500 clients including Pfizer, Phillips 66, USAA, DuPont, Marmon and Diebold-Nixdorf.
