Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K), one of the world’s leading public relations firms, has made a series of senior promotions in the UK to consolidate and leverage two years of strong growth.
- Pippa Burridge is promoted to Chief Operating Officer, overseeing expanded needs in operations, resourcing, talent and recruitment.
- Eleanor Sullivan is promoted to Chief Strategy Officer, in addition to her existing role leading the UK’s Innovation + Creative Hub and the UK’s creative strategy team.
- Charlie Hopcraft is promoted to Group Managing Director as she successfully leverages the interaction between three of the UK’s key sectors: Technology, Commerce and Entertainment.
- Jessica Walsh, Managing Director of Healthcare in the UK, expands her remit after a strong year of growth to lead Healthcare across H+K’s European business.
Simon Whitehead, CEO of H+K UK, commented: “We’ve been on a fascinating journey of change at H+K for several years now, particularly post-Covid. Our medium-term strategy is bringing initiatives to life, as we innovate the future of PR. I am very pleased to promote several of our key senior leaders as we deepen and leverage two years of strong growth into 2023.”
These promotions follow another strong year of growth in H+K’s UK business in 2022. 2022 was also a record beating year for award winning work for H+K, a testament to the agency’s focus on creative excellence and innovation.
The news follows announcements earlier this month that H+K have won new mandates with Hills Pets Nutrition, a Colgate Palmolive brand, and Manhattan Associates. The wins are among several in 2022 Q4 and early 2023 for the UK business.
