Hotwire Supports Growing B2B Practice with Expanded North America Senior Leadership

Hotwire, the global communications agency, announced the expansion of its North American leadership team to support a rapidly growing B2B practice.

Now leading the North American B2B practice as executive vice president is Heather Craft, formerly senior vice president of B2B at Hotwire. New hires Andrew Corcione, senior vice president and Keith Parker, vice president, will report to Craft.

Craft has worked on some of the firm’s largest accounts including NetApp, Dell Boomi, Zuora and Commvault. Her expertise extends from IT and infrastructure to finance and cybersecurity. In this role, she is responsible for developing campaigns that support client business goals, client satisfaction for global and national accounts and for developing B2B talent at Hotwire.

“In the competitive, constantly changing B2B market, it’s my job to help clients cut through the noise,” said Craft. “In this new role, I look forward to working with our global B2B organization to help Hotwire clients solve increasingly complicated problems, to enable our incredible staff do the work they love and of course, to deliver an exceptional client experience.”

Corcione joins Hotwire from Finn Partners, where he was a partner and Next Tech Lead. He brings more than 17 years of experience across numerous engineering-based industries, including enterprise and consumer tech, artificial intelligence, artificial/virtual reality, auto tech and renewable energy. Corcione is responsible for driving the strategy and direction of the software and services clients in Hotwire’s B2B practice.

Parker joins Hotwire from the Greater Sacramento Economic Council, where he served as the vice president of marketing and communications. Prior to that, he spent 10 years working abroad in both client-side and agency roles to deliver integrated communications campaigns. Parker will provide strategic council for some of the agency’s largest B2B accounts.
