by | Jul 17, 2020

InfluenceHER, a video and audio podcast series produced by full-service communications agency and woman-owned business Baker Public Relations, celebrates its one-year anniversary. InfluenceHER debuted its first episode interviewing Denise Dubois, owner of Complexions Spa for Beauty and Wellness on July 15, 2019.

InfluenceHER showcases Megan Baker, president and CEO of Baker Public Relations leading thought-provoking and inspirational conversations with notable women within our local communities of Albany, N.Y. and Pittsburgh, Pa. The series covers a range of topics including what inspires success, to overcoming personal and professional obstacles.

The conversation turns candid in a closing segment called “Baker’s Dozen.” In this piece of the program, Baker asks the guest 13 swift questions, allowing viewers to learn about the interviewee on a more casual and personal level.

“InfluenceHER provides a platform to share stories of women who are trailblazers in our local communities,” said Baker. “It’s important that we support each other and channel the power of collaboration. I didn’t get to where I am today professionally without the help and support from my inner circle of women who I lean on.”

The most recent InfluenceHER interview features Tiffany Orner, a local U.S. Air Force Veteran and veteran advocate. Orner discusses the inspiration behind joining the Air Force and why she believes others should serve. You can watch the full episode here.
