InkHouse Names Alison Morra New Managing Director of East Coast & Assistant General Manager

by | Jan 10, 2020

InkHouse, an integrated public relations agency, announced the promotion of Alison Morra to managing director of the East Coast and Ed Harrison as executive vice president and assistant general manager of the agency’s Boston office.

In her new role, Alison will focus on ensuring quality of work and staffing account teams in InkHouse’s Boston and New York offices. She will retain her role as general manager of the Waltham office, where she has been instrumental in driving the agency’s growth and promoting a culture that resulted in TheBoston Globe naming InkHouse one of its Top Places to Work in 2019.

As executive vice president and assistant general manager of the Boston office, Ed Harrison will take on a larger role in new business development, human resources and budgeting. Ed’s leadership of InkHouse’s technology practice has helped InkHouse grow an impressive client roster, with companies including VMWare Carbon Black, Blume Global, Datto, and Fuze, and drive steady year-over-year revenue growth.

“Alison and Ed are two of the best human beings I know. Not only are they strategic communications professionals with a wealth of insights, but they are both pillars of our internal culture,” said Beth Monaghan, chief executive officer and founder of InkHouse. “In 2019, we experienced a year of strong growth at InkHouse — in revenue and service expansion—and in 2020, they will be instrumental in where we’re going next.”
