J. Walcher Communications Adds Greystar and Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation to Client Roster

J. Walcher Communications, a San Diego public relations and marketing agency, has announced the addition of two new clients—Greystar and Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation.

One of the leading multifamily real estate development companies in the nation, Greystar has hired JWC to promote Park 12—formerly known as “Ballpark Village”—its highly anticipated luxury apartment and retail community overlooking Petco Park in San Diego’s East Village.

Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation—a nonprofit at the forefront of neighborhood revitalization in Southeastern San Diego that identifies partnerships and develops amenities that help the community thrive—hired JWC to develop and guide the organization’s public and community relations, as well as its digital/social media presence. The organization’s initiatives and projects JWC is helping promote include the Arts Park @ Chollas Creek; Connect All @ Jacobs Center—the first business accelerator designed to grow local, early-stage businesses in San Diego’s diverse and underserved communities; and multiple upcoming real estate projects.
