Carolyn Izzo Integrated Communications (CIIC) announced today that they were selected by design, branding and marketing firm Jacober Creative as their PR partner for the Town of Palm Beach Marina. CIIC will collaboratively spearhead a public relations campaign in preparation for the relaunch of the Marina this fall.
The only public marina on the island of Palm Beach, the Town of Palm Beach Marina has been providing berthing for power and sail yachts since the 1940s. The Marina is located steps from the island’s fashionable Worth Avenue shopping and dining district, and offers access to the Town’s world-class recreational amenities. The new Town Marina will provide patrons with 84 slips, located along the classic Australian, Brazilian, and Peruvian docks, while introducing a new 250-foot Royal Palm Dock. Marine patrons will benefit from an enhanced master plan that includes a floating dock system and increased capacity for superyachts, while enjoying a suite of technological upgrades such as high-speed Wi-Fi, enhanced shore power, and state-of-the-art security systems.
Jacober Creative was awarded the contract in a competitive RFP by the Town of Palm Beach earlier this year. The scope of work includes creating a comprehensive visual identity and brand strategy, as well as a messaging, marketing and advertising plan, and event concepts, which will form the basis of an impactful new marketing campaign for the renovated Town Marina. Building on the tagline Jacober has created, “Anchored in the Heart of Palm Beach,” CIIC was engaged as the PR partner on the project to work on media relations outreach in preparation for the Marina’s highly anticipated reopening.

The Town of Palm Beach Marina is currently closed for renovation with an anticipated opening in fall 2021 after a $40 million modernization. The classic Town of Palm Beach Marina is currently taking seasonal, annual, and transient slip reservations.
