RF|Binder announced that Jacqueline ”Jackie” Wilson has joined the agency as an Executive Managing Director. Wilson will report directly to CEO Amy Binder, and lead strategic initiatives for the firm. In this newly created role, her primary responsibilities will include strategic positioning and planning, operational efficiency, talent and culture development, new business development, corporate and public affairs advisory, and strategic consulting.
“Jackie joins us in this newly created position, which is focused on supporting the ongoing growth strategy for the agency,” said Binder. “Her extensive background in providing strategic business advice to global clients, along with her operational, business building, and integrated communications and public affairs experience, greatly complements the RF|Binder team. The communications landscape is continuously changing, and we need practitioners with deep expertise, hands-on experience, and leadership to help us evolve and provide superior client service.”
In addition to her strategic and operational management skills, Wilson is an experienced business builder and advisor to corporate, nonprofit, and government clients on matters relating to strategy, corporate and public affairs, communications, government relations, reputation management, CEO positioning, media relations, economic development and digital strategy. Over the course of her 25+year career, she has worked with leading corporations, governments, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations across a broad spectrum of industries around the world.

Prior to RF|Binder, Jackie was a Senior Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Teneo, where she was a founding member, and responsible for special projects for the Chairman and CEO, Declan Kelly. During her time there, she was instrumental in launching and commercializing the Teneo Strategy and Teneo Risk divisions. She was also responsible for key global client accounts, campaigns and teams across a broad spectrum of industries.
Before Teneo, Jackie was Senior Counsel to the U.S. State Department’s Economic Envoy to Northern Ireland, Declan Kelly, where she advised on matters relating to transatlantic trade, government relations, economic development, communications, and new market entry. Other past roles include: Senior Managing Director, EMEA at RF|Binder Partners; Senior Vice President, International Corporate & Public Affairs, Ruder Finn, Inc. working out of New York and London; and Managing Director, Europe, for New York State’s Empire State Development Corporation in London. She started her career in corporate and public affairs at Ruder Finn, and was a founding member of RF|Binder.
Jackie is a U.S./U.K. dual national and has worked across the Americas, Europe, Australia and Asia. She earned the International Baccalaureate from the United Nations International School, B.A., cum laude from Vassar College, M.A. and Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Harvard University, and MBA. in Strategy and Management from Cass Business School. She is also a certified Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Professional and Auditor.
