Carolyn Izzo Integrated Communications (CIIC) announced the addition of Korean food giant Bibigo to its client roster. Bibigo, a global brand of CJ CheilJedang, Korea’s #1 food culture company, selected CIIC through a competitive bidding process to promote the brand as the go-to for Korean food in the US through their innovative dishes and unique products. CIIC will use its expertise in the food & beverage industry to generate awareness through an integrated and strategic public relations campaign.
Inspired by authentic recipes, Bibigo makes the exciting tastes of Korean cuisine easily accessible with offerings in both grocery stores and restaurants in South Korea, the US and around the world.
“Bibigo is leading the K-Food fever with a goal to reach a new, untapped audience by adding modern values to Korean traditional cuisine,” said Carolyn Izzo-Feldman, president and founder of CIIC. “Our program will promote their expansion into the US through a series of innovate media programs and activations, including a partnership with the Culinary Institute of America.”
CIIC will spearhead media and influencer relations as well as negotiate key partnership programs for the brand, including AT&T and 3M PGA tournaments, KCON music festivals in Los Angeles and New York, and managing and executing a Student Innovation Challenge and chef cook-off event with the Culinary Institute of America, among other initiatives.
