Lambert, Edwards & Associates, a top-10 Midwest-based PR firm and a top-15 investor relations firm nationally, = announced it has hired Arlen-Dean Gaddy as national director of business development.
In this role, Gaddy will serve as the principal manager of new client relationships throughout the Midwest and coast to coast. Gaddy’s hire follows Lambert’s entry into the New York market and continues the firm’s strategic growth efforts and expanded client service offerings.

Gaddy joins Lambert with more than 25 years of business development experience, having led teams at global and regional organizations. His track record reflects an award-winning career in propelling top-line revenue growth, client acquisition, win/back strategies, competitor insight and talent development.
Prior to joining Lambert, Gaddy most recently held the position of client relationship manager for national leadership development and crisis preparedness firm Jennifer Maxson & Associates as well as Varnum Consulting, a specialty practice group within Michigan’s leading business law firm. In that capacity, he captured new clients across the U.S. in industries spanning healthcare, automotive and financial services. Before that, Gaddy was with AT&T for 20 years, serving in various roles with responsibilities in leading multiple sales divisions and creating systematic revenue operations initiatives.
