All restaurants are inspired by the destination with culinary concepts from local chefs. Marine & Lawn establishes a true sense of place for guests weaving centuries of golf history and local legends into design details throughout each hotel. Properties include: Rusacks St. Andrews, Marine North Berwick, and Marine Troon in Scotland; and The Slieve Donard in Ireland
