Little Dot Studios Brings in Oliver Emery from Formula E

by | Feb 20, 2020

Leading digital content creator and distributor, Little Dot Studios, has announced the hire of Oliver Emery as Senior Content Strategist in their London office’s sports division.

Building on a fast-growing sport sector, with particularly fast clients including Formula E and Extreme E, Emery will be in charge of providing strategic direction for sports teams’ digital content output across all social media platforms.

The former Head of Digital Content at FIA Formula E joins Little Dot in February. He brings with him the experience that saw Formula E grow social video viewing from 48m to 850m a year. Prior to this, Emery worked at sports production outfit Sunset+Vine with clients including FIFA, The FA, Mobil1 and Gillette. His new role will see him bring his extensive motorsports expertise to current retained clients including Extreme E and the W Series.

The appointment comes as Little Dot builds out a growing roster in a sport division that already includes the ICC, ECB, The FA, Premiership Rugby and Eurosport.

Robbie Spargo, Head of Sport at Little Dot Studios, said of the appointment “We’re delighted to have Ollie at Little Dot. His passion for sport is matched by his experience in delivering globally recognised, award-winning campaigns. His addition to the team will really bolster our content strategy capabilities, allowing us to deliver even better digital services to our clients.”
