Lisa Parks, Carl Cummings and Karen Sharma will join Kari Watson and Doug MacDougall as Managing Partners, driving the firm’s strategic growth initiatives in healthcare and biotech. The leadership team will also continue to reinforce the company’s commitment to MacDougall’s team, culture and client service.

- Karen has been with MacDougall for eight years. While leading the firm’s corporate communications and media relations practice, Karen has found the time to build MacDougall’s digital health practice that advises some of the top companies in the sector.
- Carl has been with MacDougall for over a decade, establishing the creative and digital practice and growing a talented team of designers and developers that craft beautiful visual stories and effective communications solutions.
- Lisa has been with MacDougall for eight years. In addition to serving as General Counsel, she has led the company’s efforts to redefine the employee experience, foster an exceptional culture and increase employee engagement and retention.
