by | Dec 15, 2017

Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR) announced that it has been named the agency of record for the Mayshad Foundation, a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization based in California whose mission is to initiate, develop and implement grassroots level projects throughout African communities that are focused on education, youth engagement and empowerment, social entrepreneurship and climate change.

The Mayshad Foundation was founded in 2014 by Nezha Alaoui, an accomplished photographer and humanitarian worker at the United Nations. The Foundation’s programs on the African continent are focused on four areas: social empowerment, education, climate change, and advocacy for women and millennials. RPR will raise awareness of the Mayshad Foundation activities through a targeted media relations campaign in U.S.

“I am pleased to support Nezha Alaoui and the Mayshad Foundation’s important work to bring sustainable and sound solutions to the people of Africa and change their lives. Our team of senior practitioners, with global nonprofit experience, will introduce Ms. Alaoui to top-tier media as well as business leaders and influencers,” said the agency’s president, Richard Rubenstein.
