Millwright Holdings has acquired Boston-based public relations agency Warner Communications. The Warner acquisition aligns with Millwright’s strategy of backing independent agencies that deliver exceptional results for clients and are great places to work.
According to Michael Young, president and CEO of Millwright Holdings, “The acquisition of Warner perfectly underscores our focus on specialist, independent agencies with long-tenured senior teams delivering cross-functional marketing expertise and strong operational performance. In Carin Warner, we found a leader and entrepreneur who has built a great agency, and we are thrilled to be working with the Warner team. We look forward to doing great things together.”
“Millwright was founded by agency professionals who understand the benefits and power of culture and talent at independent agencies,” said Carin Warner, founder and president of Warner Communications. “As a fiercely entrepreneurial agency, we are driven by a unique mix of public relations and broader marketing programs that deliver real business results to our clients. We are excited to be part of a group that will augment our capabilities and provide additional resources to impact our client’s growth.”
Founded in 1997, Warner is an integrated marketing communications agency with expertise in consumer, financial, academic, technology, energy, professional services and industrial organizations. The agency works with national and international clients across a wide range of industries.
