The partnership marks Mirza’s first step in piloting its innovative technology platform for a marketing and communications agency. As part of the pilot, Clarity’s US employees will have full access to Mirza’s suite of features, including a personalized, informative financial plan specifically for families, and unlimited educational resources for working parents. This will effectively enable them to build their own customized financial and childcare plans, and see how it fits into their career goals as a communications professional.
Employers who sign up with Mirza will have access to anonymized data from its employees to allow companies to make more informed decisions about its employee benefits and help reduce gender bias. With this unique pilot program, Clarity and Mirza will educate employees on how to leverage their total compensation package, maximizing employee contributions to key benefits such as the 401k, FSA/HSA, and medical and family leave benefits.
