In celebration of International Women’s Day, Chicago’s largest woman-owned, full-service marketing agency, Motion, is continuing its annual tradition of presenting the Women of Impact Award. The award honors innovative Chicago women who choose to challenge the status quo in the marketing, advertising, public relations, and communications fields. Award nominations are being accepted through Tuesday, February 21.
International Women’s Day, a day dedicated to celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women worldwide, is celebrated annually on March 8. Considering this year’s theme, #EmbraceEquality, Motion is seeking to honor outstanding women who have excelled in their careers and are working toward furthering gender equity in the communications fields.

Nominations for the 2023 Women of Impact Award can be submitted via the online nomination form, which includes a 300-word entry outlining why the nominee deserves to be honored with the award. All entries will be evaluated by a panel of internal Motion team members who will then select three finalists to be announced on Wednesday, March 1.
The 2023 Women of Impact Award winner will be announced Wednesday, March 8. Motion will make a donation on the winner’s behalf to a local charity supporting the empowerment of women.
