They are part of a cohesive team managing Mower’s digital marking capabilities around the country, working in coordination with colleagues across New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Cincinnati, and Buffalo, Rochester, Albany and Syracuse, N.Y.
Venessa Quinn, Strategy Director, Performance Marketing
Quinn spent more than a decade at Resolution, a multi-office, digital media agency owned by Omnicom. She led a team as an associate director for paid search, paid social, video and programmatic and has managed performance media programs for Lowes, Unilever, Honey Baked Ham and pharma accounts. She holds a B.A. in communication and media studies from the University of North Florida.
Terri Villafana, Director, Strategy & Web Development
Villafana is a seasoned web technology professional with years of experience in website planning and strategy, e-commerce, user experience and third-party integrations. She most recently worked for a start-up, and prior to that was with Nutranext, a Clorox Company. Villafana holds a M.S. in computer information systems from the University of Miami and a B.S. in information technology from Barry University.
Margaret Flores, Social Director, Performance Marketing
Flores has more than a decade of experience in B2C and B2B social media management for an array of brands, including Beazer Homes, Case•Mate, CosMedix Skincare, and more. She’s also savvy in the art of social influencer collaborations with celebrities. Flores is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she earned a B.F.A. in fashion design.
Melina Jorizzo, Senior Associate, Performance Marketing
Before joining Mower, Jorizzo held several analyst roles at agencies evaluating and optimizing in-market Google advertising programs. She enjoys digging deep to find new ways to evaluate performance and optimize data. Jorizzo is a graduate of Wake Forest University, holding a B.A. in English with minors in journalism and Italian.
Kanika Phok, Social and Community Manager, Performance Marketing
Phok comes to Mower with a background of brand-to-consumer social experience, her most recent work being with Team Toyota. She brings a great level of enthusiasm for continuing the growth of audience personalization in the agency’s social media service offerings. Phok earned a B.S. in advertising from the University of Florida.
James Perks, Back End Web Developer
Luis Parra, Front End Developer
Previously a front-end developer at Nutranext LLC, a subsidiary of The Clorox Company, Parra has experience with HTML, CSS (SASS & LESS), jQuery, & PHP, along with ecommerce experience with Magento 2, configuration of products, categories, promotions, and other CMS-related content. Parra is a graduate of Boward College.
